What it says for Underground is:

But that's not correct. Underground is a system (not a theme) and it is
a subcategory of LEGO SYSTEM. LEGO Rock Raiders is a play theme (not a
subtheme -- TLC defines no such thing as a "subtheme") and it is a
subcategory of LEGO Underground. Suggested rewrite:
Underground: A system within the LEGO SYSTEM product programme,
introduced in 1999 with LEGO Rock Raiders. The LEGO Rock Raiders
play theme is currently the only subcategory of LEGO Underground.
