To those who have asked exactly what was what:
I left CTP in mid june last year, and joined Novera Software Inc.
Novera was acquired by TSI Software International Inc on 30 Sep.
TSI changed its name to the name of its flagship product, Mercator, in mid Jan.
TSI symbol on NASDAQ has changed from TSFW to MCTR effective last Monday
Mercator IS hiring.
