I agree. My room is only about 10X6 or so, and since I only have one bin of
parts, I just disassemble everything after some time, to build something new.
I can't stand having the same starcruiser around for a long time, because many
of the good parts are integrated into it, and I can't build much else. It only
makes sense to disassemble something after a while, to build something else.
After all, that's what LEGO parts are for: build, destroy, build anew, destroy
again, etc...
