Lego Reference Related to Boston's Big Dig Project

The "Big Dig" is a massive public works highway project currently going on in
Boston, Massachusetts. (Ironically, the traffic levels for which the Big Dig
was designed were exceeded in 1983, so the project will be close to 20 years
out of date when it is completed.)
Anyway, I noticed a Lego reference toward the bottom of
http://www.bigdig.com/thtml/gw_cb.htm , which is a page dealing with the
Boston Fort Point Channel Tunnel.
