Yep, you get 3 4x18 bricks. What's most sad about this set is the grey
2x4x3 bricks in the pylons.
I just finished building everything last night. The construction
vehicles are decent, though a little under detailed. There is only one
juniorized car frame, the rest of the vehicles are actually reasonably
built up (though simpler than older vehicles).
The other piece which would have been nice to have been more than one
piece is the cement bucket. It would have been a lot nicer had it been a
4x4x4? cylinder with two holes for a 1.5L technic pin and a 4x4x2
completely hollow cone.
One other new juniorization - the spool for the crane came pre-assembled
with string and hook already attached. This of course is a good thing
for young kids who might have trouble tieing the knots.
The crane cries out for having a 2nd spool added to control the cement
bucket. The way it works right now is that when you lower the bucket
enough, it dumps because there is a fized length chain between the crane
and the back of the bucket.

| I saw one of these in Target yesterday. The road plates are dark grey, NOT black, and they are held to their pylons with what looks like 4x18 black bricks! I WANT some of those bricks! -- Tom Stangl ***(URL) Visual FAQ home ***(URL) Bay Area DSMs (25 years ago, 26-Dec-99, to lugnet.general)
