It's a hovercraft, and the edge of the craft is surrounded with black squishy angle pieces, composed of a rubber cover and a piece that looks like a technic beam with a lip extended for (...) I remember because S@H had a #8824 for free w/ technic orders ($70+ or something) about 2 years ago. -One of the biggest sets I ever remember them giving away for (...)
