The answer is both yes and no. Yes, clear bricks are much scarcer than they
used to be back in the 60's and early 70's. The 1963-64 #725 Town Plan Set
had about 80 clear bricks in it. And in the 60's and early 70's they had
clear bricks for sale in service packs. Today most sets have at most but a
few. So although they are scarcer than they used
to be, they are not really rare.
If you have a decent quantity of them, they would command a premium in EBAY.
