For me a "schwack" is usually between 20 and 30.
I have not ever really gotten any comments although they way I order is usually
to state the part number first and then the quantity. Half the time the
conversation is like this.
S@H: "What part number"
ME: "5145 please"
S@H: "The Gray Brick Pack correct? - What Else..."
ME: "Sorry I would like 20 of the Gray Brick Packs."
S@H: "Did you say 20?"
ME: "Yes"
S@H: "OK Your total is..."
ME: "I'm sorry I would also like..."
I have a feeling not a lot of the operators are fans. I should probably change
my ordering techiques though it would take a lot less time on the phone. :-)
