| Hi Matt, (...) don't confuse trademarks (which don't expire), patents (which do 20 years after filing), and copyright (which expire 70 years ofter the death of the creator). Here LEGO had a patent on the shape of the blocks, which expired long ago, (...) (22 years ago, 4-Aug-04, to lugnet.mediawatch, lugnet.general)
