I likes it! ...Actually I think your use of non-tire engines is impressive.
I too love the tire-engine and hub-engine concept, but it has been used a
lot. Another thing I like about this ship is that it has two decks even
though from the first picture it doesnt appear that big. I see you have
also been adding more greebling - very nice!
|
I have been surprised in the past at just what an art form greebling is; I
learned this the hard way when trying to do greebling in the past. Bit by bit I
shall do more and more greebling until I can greeble competently.

I get a good laugh seeing the crew accomodations take up a large portion of
the vessel, and they include details such as the roll of toilet paper!

Yah, this turns out to be more of a personnel transport than a fighting ship:
lots of luxury for such a small warship.
|
The only thing that distracted me was how the slightly-boxy front end
reminded me of the Winnebago in Spaceballs. But the more I looked at your
pics, the less I cared about that. In the end, the shape along with the
nacelles give this ship a distinctive styling that I like.

Boxiness is my black raven pearched on the sill over my door crying Still boxy
more and will not leave me. On my brickshelf page you can see my great
unfinished project, which was a personnel transport (far more luxurious) that
indeed was 100 studs in length; I built that ship five times over, each time
scrapping it because of extreme boxiness. Finally gave up on that darn box.
|
So, will your next project break the 100 stud barrier?
|
My next BIG project, yes. Next project is a Blacktron-ish fighter.
Thanks for the feedback.
