In news from the great orbital shipyards of Port Block today, the venerable
HES Sirius, veteran of the
Spraw incident over twelve
months ago that brought the Spraw sector under the protectve wing of the Yards
and the Commonwealth, has set sail on her first extra-sector mission. The
Sirius was rumoured to have suffered significant damage in the Spraw mission,
and has spent most of the last twelve months addressing that damage and
trialling new systems. Captain John E Hunter remains in command of the
Sirius, and at a press conference today, showed no sign of the mysterious
infirmity he was alleged to work under following Spraw. Fleet Command has
ordered us to Cruanatan, as dimplomatic
emmissaries to the Cratha. After so long out of the galaxy beyond our borders,
it will be a pleasure to feel the emptiness between uncharted stars again.
HES Sirius left Port Block today, and has been spotted in the ATLs on her way to
Aanij, and presumeably on to Cruanatan.
