This is Admiral Raymond of the GDL Pheonix. The Pheonix is in sector and can assist Port Block in its search for survivors of the USC, and other needy peoples in Arbor. The Pheonix has been in sector aiding the relief efforts, but is hardly as well equipped to handle refugees as a starliner. If you are need of assistance we are always ready.
