Well, the yeas have it. Richard is now the new Galactic Chief!
This is basically a new rank/title named after a classic TLC space set that
indicates Richard’s OOC efforts for the Starship RPG. Richard has been a great
help adding new registrations to the website and updating and revising pages.
The title can be used by Richard however he likes, athough it is meant to be
just a fun element for OOC use. Congrats to Richard!
