a fellow afol and i are trying to prod each other to post more mocs that were
built in the past and never made it to the light of day. as we were lamenting
(thats the kind word for what we were really doing) our lack of recent
contribution to the announce.moc newsgroup, she reminded me of one piece i had
started, never finished, only photographed once and broke it up. so not so much
a new moc as a w.i.p. never to progress.
in 2006, using a variation of the curved building techniques weve seen in a
variety of mocs, i created a parts intensive (the main reason it was never
finished) candy cane. i have no idea how i would have achieved the hook, that
certainly would have been the challenge.
maybe someone, ;) will take up the challenge and make one in time for next
christmas.
