Depends on what weight should be lost: the builder or the content of the set.
If the former: a set with lots of very small (1x1 plates and tiles) in a
polybag, so when you open it, they are spread all over the room and the
builder has to do excersizes to get the parts back.
In case of the second: I saw a nice fake 'set' consisting of one BURP.
