THATS the beauty of the messed up english language.  it is not fixed.  anyword
(once in comman usage) can take on new meaning, OR new words can be added.

so maybe TODAY  people wander around touting off about how how their friend Joe
has a mole on his philtrum, but tommorow, people will be turing to Joe, and want
to axe him 'bout the bling bling on his fipple.
