Does anyone know the name of the 3717 Fabuland mouse with the sailor hat?

A similar color and bodied mouse is in 132/341, 3666, 3671, but in these
sets he is minus the hat.
He has various names in various languages:

So is the character/name- Fab Mouse, grey head, blue body, black arms/legs,
white sailor hat- the same as Fab Mouse, grey head, blue body, black
arms/legs ? or are these two different individuals?
