We didn’t have any castle themed Vignettes. In fact, we only had castle
creations from a few builders present. (Larry Pieniazek, Nik Pieniazek, Ken
Koleda, Felix Greco and yours truely.)
The decision was made to open the Vig contest up to vigs in all themes.
Matt De Lanoy mentioned that two of Felix’s creations
(Emerge and
Mirror) were probably
vignettes, which I had to agree with. They just aren’t minifig scale ones. I
also thought that Matt’s
Blue Man Group would
probably count as well. However, none of those were labeled well (IIRC) or at
least not as vignettes during the voting, so Adrian’s Secret Agent vignettes won
by default. (However, as they are quite excellent, they would have been stiff
competition for any other vignettes that might have shown.)
