I'm seeking a roomie. I will have a room at the Key Bridge Marriott in
Arlington. My previous arrangements fell through. I will be flying in
Thursday and out on Sunday so if you wanted to stay till Monday we'd have to
extend it by a day.
I'm using Marriott points to cover (most of) it which is why it's there
instead of the Hilton which is closer. You'd be expected to make a small
payment (we can haggle about how much but it would be well less than 1/2 of
what the room normally would cost you. homey don't do free though... sorry,
points ARE worth something)
Mandatory attributes
- Non Smoker
- Can tolerate a certain level of snoring...
Helpful attributes
- appropriate gender (whatever that means... :-) )
- you are in Thursday and out Sunday like me
- you are driving or planning to rent a car so we can avoid taxi fare
to/from GMU (homey don't walk 2 miles each way each day...)
- you're willing to pick me up from the airport and or drop me off
(Washington National) or your flight arrangements are such that sharing a
cab from the metro station makes sense
The last two (which are somewhat independent of each other if you think
about it) are sort of up in the air as I am considering renting a car, just
haven't decided about it (need to check with Hertz to see if I have enough
points with THEM without using my Amex points to do it).
