I'm curious....while signing up I read that, for good reasons, children
under 16 *must* be accompanied by a paying legal guardian at all times.
Unfortunately, I fall into the category of the unlucky underage ones (I'll
be 15 at the beginning of August).  So...how far does "at all times" go?
Must my mother follow me around through every room, discussion, seminar, and
conversation?  Or will she be allowed to sit in a corner reading?  Or is it
just oriented towards the really little kids as a legal disclaimer?  In
essence, how far does this rule extend in practical application?  Thanks!
