OK, here is a collection of 2,115 photos taken at BrickFest PDX last
weekend, presented two different ways: a fast-paced epileptic montage
(2 minutes long) and a more traditional slideshow (45 minutes long).
The technique used here is new and improved: 33% fewer headaches than the
old formula. I discovered a program called ppmmix which can be used to
blend frames, so Im using that in both the montage and the slideshow.
The montage uses 2-step interframe mixing and plows through the photos
at 12 per second. The slideshow uses 6-step (1/4 second) interframe
mixing and then holds the photo for 30 frames, which works out to a total
cycle time of 1½ seconds per photo (Hi Ted!!!).
Enjoy.
