On behalf of LEGO fan organizations across North America, we would like to announce our participation in the 2003 LEGO Road Show! This Road Show centers around the company's core values by promoting open-ended play and creativity, via LEGO's new (...) Very biased opinion from an architecture student - "Very cool! Awesome!!!" I think it is great that LEGO allowed a fan to go and set up a display like this. All: In early April 2003, a public relations manager at The LEGO Company contacted me about loaning my work to the New York City Educational Alliance. They wanted to display my LEGO city at an event honoring Daniel Libeskind, the planner/architect (...) (23 years ago, 13-May-03, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.events) !!

  The Brickish Association displays at LEGOLAND Windsor, April 2003
 
On April 12 and 13th, the Brickish Association was invited to put on a display at LEGOLAND Windsor as part of the LEGO Sports event being held in the park over Easter. MichLTC had quite the busy weekend. With only 2 days to plan we pulled off our very first museum show. We were very pleased with the result and the Museum was even more so.   NCLUG Meeting, Feb 22!
 
Hi all! NCLUG had their first meeting this past weekend in Cameron Village Regional Library in Raleigh, NC. Attendance was a total of 14 people, and there was a pretty nice turnout of MOCs. Highlights of the meeting were Gareth Bowler's Star Wars (...) (23 years ago, 25-Feb-03, to lugnet.events)
