Much has been made in the past about the difference between an Expo (primarily
outward facing) and a Con (primarily inward)
LegoWorld is primarily an Expo, there are thousands of mundanes. All show, not
as much seminar/learning/exchange/contest
BrickFest is primarily a Con, although we had some mundanes, it was mostly
seminar/learning
NWBrickCon, last year when I was there, was more Expo than Con although not as
far as LegoWorld was.
So that said BrickExpo is a great name if you plan to have primarily an outward
facing event but not so good if it's primarily learning (and I'd argue that
NWBrickCon may be slightly off on the name but not to a big deal extent)
Hope that helps.
