Hi,
look here:
http://news.lugnet.com/general/?n=49290
The number of that 100ltr. bin is 4521.
In there are also a lot of interesting but sometimes frustrating (only left or
right wedges) parts.
The same bins were offerded at the Legoworld 2004 in Zwolle/NL for EUR 4.99/ltr
minus 10% by the company "Intertoys".
Last year we had the same offer in Germany and the Netherlands.
In Legolands Günzburg and Billund they have much bigger bins for grabbing parts
by litre.
I think these parts are from "overhang production". In former times they threw
these parts away or melted them again and now they sell them.
Why not?
Regards Ronald

| This is probably a question for Jake, but there may be other sources of info. How did 4679 come to be? With its odd but very useful collection of additional bits, you have to buy quite a few just to make sure you get some of the different versions. (...)
