Shop at Home website theme confusion

If you browse around the "Lego home" themes section of the site, you only find
"World City" listed.
If you browse around the Shop section, you also find "City" which contains new
and different stuff like the re-released airport.
I find it very odd that you cannot find these city sets from the main site's
list of themes.
