They already have that, the women's soccer team. A nice source of 6
female heads & hair pieces. You can mix & match with the town people
set to make other possibilities.
I've found that the Star Wars jedi torsos often make good females, as
they look a lot like blouses or other female type tops. The Imperial
Guard torsos from the shuttle set are good too.
