Re: What one piece would you like to see?

How about the minifig hats which, so far as I know, have appeared only on the LEGOLAND mascot/ambassador key chain. It's a black "military-style" hat, visible at: (URL) scroll down to the images called "Wing Commander's hat" (...) [snip] (...) (23 years ago, 20-Dec-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.dear-lego)

(...) I think he was meaning a peak which is 3 studs across, not 3 studs wide (the 2x3 medium slope peak in fact exists). However, what we also need is a 1x2 and/or 2x3 low slope peak. One way to solve the 3 across peak is to release a series of (...) (23 years ago, 20-Dec-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.dear-lego)

(...) like this. Not a good look for castle though :) Anyway, being a system fan mainly, I'd like to see a whole lot more minifig accessories. Here's a couple ideas I have floating around... Complicated odd-numbered roofs are a perennial problem, I (...) (23 years ago, 20-Dec-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.dear-lego)

(...) Use combinations of 1x slopes. (...) strength. That's what I'd call "good juniorisation" (similar to 2x2x3 brick, which I think is very useful, why don't they have a 1x2x3? 5 is a bit much) (...) Lights *would* be nice!   Re: model builder on lego.com...

(...) I really like this! For several reasons: 1) It reminds me of BlockCAD which was the app that actually got me back into real LEGO bricks. 2) It's a nice GUI. Well laid out. Easy to use. No instructions needed. 3) You don't have to login to use (...) (23 years ago, 20-Dec-01, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, lugnet.dear-lego)

Re: What one piece would you like to see?

(...) I think that it is quite interesting that there are so many useful new elements people have mentioned that could be produced, none of which even hint at juniourization. Instead, they are elements that would have general usage, useful in many (...) (23 years ago, 19-Dec-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.dear-lego)

Re: "MOC" Blacksmith Shop on lego.com

(...) Yes. You are absolutely correct. These are the things I've said. The two things are not mutually exclusive. I am not such a 'brick purest' that I don't recognize the value of specialty pieces. However, as mentioned, I don't buy a set because (...) (23 years ago, 18-Dec-01, to lugnet.off-topic.debate, lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.lego.direct)
