People in LEGO do indeed read parts of Lugnet - specifically,
lugnet.lego.direct, which is set up to be a forum for interaction with LEGO
Direct. LEGO Direct is the part of LEGO that has brought us bulk bricks,
sculptures, Mosaic, My Train, & supported fan activities, specifically train
shows.
:)
I'm certain that LEGO has people who read Lugnet as part of their job, but
that's never been confirmed or denied, and probably never will be. But
dear-lego is the right newsgroup to send letters to LEGO, sort of like
letters to Santa go to the North Pole, H0H 0H0.
Hope that helps,
James
