Dear Lego,
I'd like to make a suggestion regarding the way instruction booklets are
supplied, especially for your larger sets. Could you put the instruction
inside a bag of its own, together with the stickers?
The reason I say this is because I've purchased numerous brand new sets
where the instructions have been folded, ripped, etc. Most of your larger
sets are stored vertically in a large box and that causes the instructions
to "stand on one end" and get damaged in the process. Just to give a few
examples, I've found damaged booklets in 8448, 8458, and 7191.
Thanks in advance,
Bryan

| I'll second this. The "just-toss-it-all-in...es?"-style of packaging you've adopted lately is not very pleasing and does not feel very respectful of the consumer. Dave Bryan Wong <green_paper@hotmail.com> wrote in message (...) (24 years ago, 24-Apr-01, to lugnet.dear-lego)
