Dear Lego,
This morning I watched a program on PBS on scenic train rides. Over and
over again I saw the trains crossing bidges. Some were tressel and others
were arched.
Pictures from GATS and Greenburg Train shows show how much a bridge adds to
a layout. Kudos to all the Lego Train Clubs !!!!!
I am a beginning train person, with a very limited amount of Train elements
and even fewer Technic elements. As with all Lego enthusiasts I would love
to have more...
It would be really wonderful to have a Train/Town Bridge set. One with all
the pieces for construction included and instructions for a primary model
with alternates shown too. Buildings on this, it would be even better if
addditional instructions could be included showing the possibilities for
construction with 2,(3, 4, ...) sets. Many AFOL have come up with
magnificent creations, I have neither their experience nor stash of bricks
[yet ;-)] to come up with a bridge for my train. I figure this puts me in
the same position as the general population that purchases Lego Trains [in
contrast to the very knowledgable "Trainheads"]. I would truly love to have
a bridge. How about it? Please... think about it. [ditto for a tunnel...]
sincerely,
sheree rosenkrantz
