<Kabaya like set availability noted>

Noted. but doesn't dilute my argument which was general, not specific to
Kabaya...

I personally like having the selected availability in different parts of the
world.  It brings out the bartering part of this hobby and I enjoy that
aspect quite a bit.  If everything were available everywhere than it would
purely be a matter of money to get any set.  With various promo or limited
release sets we have to be a little more creative to obtain some of the hard
to find sets.

Strangely enough, I don't like it.

I take advantage of it when I can, but I'd rather that everything was
available everywhere. I understand why that's not possible and not ever going
to happen, but I can wish for it. However I realise that it's just wishing,
not a realistic request. I'd rather devote my time to building and to
searching up older sets instead of new ones that just happen not to be
available here.

The bartering and horsetrading is an enabler for what I really want to do, not
a "fun part". For me anyway. I think it's great that other people enjoy it
because their enjoyment enables mine and vice versa.

Put it another way. I'd RATHER sell my hopper car for 25-30 USD instead of 65,
which would be a fair recompense for the value I added, but I have to add the
other 35 on because not all parts can be obtained for 1.5 cents a piece like
the bulk tubs yielded, some parts I have to pay 30+ cents a piece for in bulk
to shake loose because they are hard to come by.
