Likely they do, I just purchased a 4416 and noticed it after I was home.

Examining a 4339 Aqua Pod (from 2005), I see nothing on the packaging or
instruction book that indicates 'Designer' or 'Creator'. Same with a 65535 X-Pod
playoff set (from 2004).
The S@H site seems to lump Inventor, Designer & Creator (along with MINDSTORMS
and Technic) under a generic department called "Make & Create". Navigating
around the main LEGO site, thru the parents portal, again leads to a page called
"Make & Create" (but oddly, the URL contains family=designer). On that page,
X-PODs are shown separate from Creator !
I'm beginning to think this arena is somewhat nebulous, that LEGO never
specified where the X-PODs belonged (other than the larger context) until 2006,
and that LUGNET put them into the most likely category lacking better
information. Even the LEGO (non S@H site) seems to separate the X-PODs from
Creator and from Designer. The back of the 4416 instructions lists under a large
CREATOR heading: 4891 (6 in 1), 4892 (8 in 1) and the other new X-PODs (3 in 1).
At this point I'm a bit lost, other than the 2006 packaging says such-and-such.
Maybe they are realigning the product line categories this year.
