Here's an inventory of the 1389 McDonald's Promotional Bionicle set using Peeron numbers and names. This was done from a unopened package so I think I got everything correct. I agree with most of the names you chose, but... (...) I would call this "Technic Bionicle Tohunga torso". "Torso" to distinguish it from other body segments that may appear, "Tohunga" to distinguish it from the Toa torso. BTW, great job of finding (...)
