I've put together a few pages with an inventory of the Gryphon Bricks parts, and attempted to cross-reference them with LDraw pieces from Steve Bliss' site. The core element table should have an abstract key value, and a pointer to a graphic image for each part. A second table, call it (...) After thinking about this a lot, I think we need a nomenclature that is similar to the binomial nomenclature that they use for animals. I will be creating a set inventory database, with a web-based searchable interface, and will be, of course, needing some way to refer to each of the parts int he inventory. It has been a while since I updated the page for the last time. Because I found a new job and had to move, I lately had not very much time over. One of the tasks of the bricktionary is to allow the identification of an in-hand Lego element. The user would supply various descriptor words based on what he sees of the object in front of him. Mike, I have consolidated Margo's castle/pirate inventories into one file with the fields Set Number, Quantity, Part Description, and Colour.
