(...) The part I am refering to is the part that is fits over the axle extender in the 8880. Hm, I was refering to the piece below the yellow handle... I dug through some parts lists and found something that might fit, but I'm not sure as I couldn't find any picture of the part. (...) This is kludgy but might work. Details left as an exercise. Your problem is that what you want is to know when a file is *new to YOU* not what it's timestamp is.
