(...) The part I am refering to is the part that is fits over the axle extender in the 8880. Hm, I was refering to the piece below the yellow handle... I dug through some parts lists and found something that might fit, but I'm not sure as I couldn't find any picture of the part. Still, I guess its: 6549 grey technic supercar gear shift (...) (25 years ago, 4-Dec-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts, lugnet.db.inv)

(...) I'm going to need to keep a vanilla installation, just for partsref generation. It's too tempting to make minor edits to part files in my regular installation. And, if I'm going to have two copies of LDraw, I'd rather have "working" and (...) (25 years ago, 3-Dec-99, to lugnet.cad.dev, lugnet.db.brictionary, lugnet.cad.ray)
