Having recently bought from Pitsco-Dacta via their web site, I
should report that the experience was painless and the parts
arrived well packed and in only 3 business days.
I placed my order mid afternoon CST on 10/28.
The box shipped on 10/29 and I received it on 11/2.
The cool thing is that Pitsco-Dacta didn't bill my credit
card 'til the day I received the shipment.
