In 4704, it looks like they made a pathetic attempt at putting the chess
room in there next to the flying keys room.. the white minifig is the
white queen (minifig dress + crown -> queen) ... she's standing on the
"board" (a few white and black 2x2 tiles)

overall I like the sets, but a 3x3 chessboard with one piece?  Dumb.

I can't really see TLC producing a set with an 8x8 chessboard,
especially not one in the right scale.  And with 32 chessmen.

What's dumb is they didn't include the potion-test room in the final
confrontation set.  That would have given them a reason to include one
more Hermione fig.  And it's the only room they didn't include from the
'forbidden course'.  There's the trapdoor (with Fluffy), the vine
thingy, the keys, the chessboard (such as it is), and the Mirror of
Erised.  But no potions.  Darn.

(preemptive note: the Potions Class, #4705, is a classroom.  Not the
same thing.)

Hey, did they use the horse body for Fluffy?  That'd be cool...

Steve
Christopher! have you backed up your data?
