Timing issues....

Lately I've seen a lot of messages that start out with, or include the
phrase "when I get time to build I'm going to......" I find that I,
myself, fall into this trap on a weekly, if not daily basis. I'm
constantly thinking, "Well when I get time this weekend I'll build that
40 baseplate castle I've been thinking about since I was four years
old.... Yeah, that's when I'll build it!"
This past weekend I finally came to the only logical conclusion. I'm
NEVER going to "get" some free time. I'm going to have to create it!
When I did sit down a few weeks back, and put a hault to sorting for
five minutes to actually build something, I pulled together a
respectable little stable. What's more, I had a whole heck of a lot more
fun than I do sorting my plastic bits!!!
So the purpose of this message (being as I AM a member of a professional
cheer organization! RAH! RAH!) is to motivate all of ya'll to SIEZE THE
BRICK! Go out there and MAKE some free time, even if it IS only 10
mintues, to slam a few things together and see what you come up with.
Don't fall into the "When I get free time" trap, but CREATE some time to
spend with your favorite bits o' plastic (other than the you shopaholics
out there who love the credit cards more) and BUID! BUILD! BUILD!!!
