Do you have the catalog number of these swords and shields? And what
pattern/style/theme were they?

Sure do, the number listed for the oversized shield and sword is "#K6000" It is a kid sized royal knight shield (yellow happy lion on red/white field), a royal knight broadsword, and cloth sheath.
