First rule, test this on a Timmy figure (just in case!). They are really easy
to take off without any damage. Each arm is a ball joint that snaps into a
socket on the torso (kind of like the space port satallite arm end). The ball
joint has a little abcess to allow it to be removed and replaced without
breaking. Just position the arms forward and pull the left out to the left
(pop!) and pull the right outward to the right (pop!) as if the little guy was
reaching out to the left and right. Don't know if you know, gut hands and
legs can be switched easily too. Hands pull right out and snap back in. Legs
just pull straight out left or right (no bending while removing!). Done this
a jillion times with zero damage on anybody. Now you can become Dr.
Frankinstein too!
