  Re: Defense Archer

(...) -I got 12 for 25% off at Ames a while ago. Have you thought of anything to do with all the black turntables? The grey pieces with the cross-shaped holes are neat, I might use those for arrow loops. -Marc (25 years ago, 1-Apr-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Defense Archer

Hello everyone, my name is the Happiest Person Who Ever Lived! I just scored 10 polybagged Defense Archers from the local Shop Ko! Nobody has to reply to this, but I just wanted to express my joy for all to see. Well, now that I am through rambling, (...) (25 years ago, 1-Apr-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Castle World intro

(...) Cool! It's good to see another section of Castle World with Geomancers running around! Also, I like the concept of a Demon Ship plaguing the oceans. Tony (25 years ago, 1-Apr-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Blood Stone Castle completed!

Just a couple of thoughts. (...) Let me add a little. WOW! WOW! WOW! (...) It seems to me that just about everybody has a castle named after a rock. Mine for instance is called Black Roch Keep. Too bad most of us don't have the pieces to make castle (...) (25 years ago, 31-Mar-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Castle World intro

  Re: Blood Stone Castle completed!

(...) (snip) (...) I loaded up on Dragon Masters sets about 4-5 years ago when my favorite toy store closed up shop and sort of ended up with 2 or 3 of each major set and dozens of the smaller ones. My core of my castle army has about 5-600 (...) (25 years ago, 31-Mar-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Blood Stone Castle completed!

(...) I've been quiet these past few weeks (Gall durn busy work! We lost an employee!) but I just have to say I am thouroughly impressed. This is truly a masterful work.   Re: Helfire - a microfig scale castle town

(...) Well, there is another exception of course, but it's rather current... The Soccer baseplate, 48x48 green... This was a flat baseplate, with printing, I don't think it had any unstudded area (i.e. not a custom mold). It could easily have been a (...)   Re: Helfire - a microfig scale castle town

(...) Frank, I don't remember ever having seen a 48x48 (or 50x50) baseplate in anything other than all gray. The only exception to this (AFAIK) was a 50x50 1970 Samsonite only LEGO green plate with a curvy "T" shaped roadway on it. Since this (...)   Re: Get a fork!

I've been looking for a good excuse to get a train set ... I've been fascinated, but timid due to the large price tags. But this dark gray train looks like the little shove needed to finallly push me over the edge. Look out below ;) I like, I like. (...) (25 years ago, 31-Mar-00, to lugnet.castle)
