(...) No, don't say it: you are (searching for subtle euphemism) "passing" bricks? Oooooo, and you have to use a brick separator? Ouch. You are taking this Lego stuff too far! :-) Bruce (25 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.castle)

(...) Well, I only have three, but I usually find that one of them is lost in the pile of junk mail on the desk. I try to keep them all together so I don't have to build any contraptions to get the 1x2 plate stack apart. John (25 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.castle)

I had to do this for my Charles Degaulle (?) figure for my Eiffel Tower. I stuck a 2x4 'camera' brick with studs on 4 sides and a tube on the end in between the body and legs. I also put a 1x1 plate on the bottom and a 1x2 plate on that for feet. (25 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.castle)

(...) Some people don't use legs at all, but bricks. That way you can make a minifig at any height you want - dwarves, giants, Michael Jordan; they're all possible if you use bricks. :-) HTH, -Shiri (25 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.castle)

(...) How 'bout using a 1x2 hinge at the waist with 1x2 bricks and plates for height? This will still allow you to have the 'fig bend at the waist, though he will have a hard time sitting in one spot. -Cheese (25 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.castle)
