I have been working on an Asian style fishing village to compliment my Ninja
fortess project...I am designing my dwellings along a dock at the rear of my
fortress...I have been deriving inspiration from the other village pics
thathave been discussed here...
I am encountering the usual issues involving scarcity of plates and
slopes...I am trying to be creative in using up much of my inventory...much
of the dwelling designs are similar to Euorpean style creations like Eric's
and DaveE's...Tudor and Japanese style walls have a general resemblance in
structure....black frames w/ an inner beige or white lath. The sliding
doors on mine will add a lttle variety...
My vision right now is a raised courtyard, half a dozen small dwellings, a
small storage/warehouse building, a boat-wright, swordsmith/blacksmith and a
merchant franchise (figs from standard castle).
I have a few REAL SMALL canoe style 2-3 man boats based on the 2nd
generation Kabaya Ninja master's boat...I only have a coupe nets though...I
hope to add more by trading...These structures would be part of the dock +
beach at the rear of the fortress instead of being within the walls...
Pics to follow this week...
