To Mr. Jørgen Vig Knudstorp
CEO of LEGO Company
Billund
Denmark

Dear Mr. Knudstorp,

We are writing to you, the highest authority of the LEGO® Company, to affirm our
support of LEGO despite the recent controversial color changes to light grey,
dark grey, and brown bricks.  We, the signatories of this letter, are Adult Fans
Of LEGO (AFOLs).  Some of us have children who play with LEGO toys but most of
us build models with LEGO bricks ourselves, and all of us care deeply about the
LEGO products and the future of the LEGO Company.

In today's ever-changing toy industry we recognize that it is vital to the
future of our favorite toy company, LEGO, to make changes to its product line to
better retain and attract its core group of customers--children.  While some of
these changes, like the recent changes to the grey and brown brick colors, have
caused a great deal of controversy in the AFOL community, we realize that the
LEGO Company management must be trusted to make the decisions that are best for
its future.

We thank you for all the efforts of the LEGO company, primarily through the work
of Jake McKee, to reach out to the AFOL community.  We enjoy unparalleled access
to the company, unlike that of adult fans of any other toy in the world, through
programs like bulk ordering, Shop-at-Home, Pick-a-Brick, and the Community
Development Team.  We applaud these efforts and hope they continue to expand.

Although the transition to the new grey color bricks has been difficult for some
people, we trust that you and the rest of the LEGO Company management understand
this industry better than we ever could, and that it is part of a plan to ensure
the long term success of the LEGO company, and therefore, of our favorite hobby.

Keep up the good work, and please let us know if we can help!
