Yes, these can be fount on http://www.classic-castle.com
In the left column on this page, first clik on the button 'How-to', and then on
the word 'Creation'. If you scroll down on this page, under the header
'Customization' you'll find a link - 'Triangular Shields and Stickers' by
Anthony Sava.
And just one line below this one is the link - 'Ovoid Shields and Stickers' also
by Anthony Sava.
On both pages, near but not quite at the bottom of the page, is a section called
'LEGO SHIELD DESIGNS' showing the official LEGO (sticker and printed) shield
designs. Below these is a section 'CUSTOM SHIELD DESIGNS' with the "missing"
triangular/ovoid forms of official designs only issued as ovoid/triangular
shields, as weel as some playfull variations on the existing official designs.
