Thanks, Brendan.  That's the effect I was going for.  I'm glad it worked.

The robe idea didn't come from you, did it?  As I noted above I vaguely remember
seeing something similar before.

(...) I may have used something like that, but the first time I remember seeing robes and rubber bands used in that way was in Paul Janssen's "Large Church" MOC, posted back on 10/31/02: (2 URLs) got the choir in red and white, but also a priest in (...) (20 years ago, 25-Sep-04, to lugnet.castle)
