I've seen his stuff over the years - it's up to the buyer, but my personal
assessment is he overcharges so ridiculously that I won't come near him. Take a
look at his weapons, for example - he's taken Jeff's Little Armory Weapons and
Red Bean's weapons and jacked up the price 400-600%. These are available to
anyone for radically less money just as easily. He'll put his figs up on eBay
basically as advertising but no one bids. Some of the figs are mere part
switching of not particularly rare parts and then he charges $10 for the result.
The heavily customized figs are harder to assess. Time and effort aren't free.
Getting exactly what you want can save money and time if you don't want the
clutter of a lot of set buying, sorting, parting out, etc. Still, either the
customizations are simply a couple of clear stickers, or radically expensive. I
can handle making stickers myself - others can't and may find the figures
worthwhile. His stuff is very clean and well done, at the least.
Ultimately, he values his effort at a certain level, and independent of that,
the market will decide how much it is willing to pay. He may not want high
volume sales - presumably at least some people buy his stuff because he
continues to expand his selection.
