I think about if this would bother me (people submit elsewhere-known entries
to the ISCC), but I think it wouldnt. As long as the entries are new
creations it should be possible for the participants to show them to many
people as they can.
But its also understanding that you want exclusive rights on showing MOCs on
Classic-Castle.com to make the contest unique. I will accept and be satisfied
with any decision you make at this point :-)

Hi René,
A majority of the CC admins discussed the rules and decided to change them to
allow people to enter both contests. The creations will still have to meet our
category requirements.
Even though our contest ends on 1/20, winners are not announced until 2/1. So
someone would not know if they won a CC category before entering ISCC. One
person could win a category at CC and the castle ISCC prize. We feel that is ok
since we are giving away nine prizes to nine different people.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I updated the rules which can be
found here http://www.classic-castle.com/events/contest.html

As a side note, we are now allowing LDraw entries. We also have clarified that
submissions can not be posted online before November 20th 2003. Please check the
rules for these updates
