A week after the fact, but here is my side of NWBrickCon.
First off it was great to see everyone again and those I met for the first
time. Eric, Chris, Soren, and others, it was great meeting you, I look
forward to seeing you at future Cons. A special thanks goes to Derek Schin
and Richard Schamus for helping me finish some key points of my layout.
Sadly I didn't get to visit with everyone I wanted to, hopefully next time.
The Castle/Space war got pretty crazy this year. I got attacked from Space,
Mecha, and even other Castle folks. This year it was nice to get some help
from Stephen Fisher, thank you Stephen. Frank Filz joined in and sent a
Pirate ship into help, thank you Frank. Todd Kubo joined in and
built some sheep of his own to infiltrate even more, thanks Todd.
If I missed anyone, sorry. I was quite overrun all weekend. :-)
I didn't get as many photos as I'd liked to get because I was so busy
defending my layout. :-) Here's some of what I got...

My sheep retaliated by commandeering the Skull and the small Mech, and
returning to the Moonbase and Mecha Table. (missed those photos)
Then Space stuck again.

Space retaliates. Also you'll notice some ninjas and a troll are attacking
my castle (my son's troops, just who's side is he on), also in the lower
left corner my villagers are being attacked by some custom figs by David
from Vancouver (I think).

It got pretty wild at times but it was a fun war. Looking forward to the
next war with the Shpleem, Grand Admiral, and the rest of you (you know who
you are).
And maybe next time I can be part of the Moonbase.
